Four unique self contained cottages set in the heart of the Test Valley. 

Brook Farm provides an intimate environment offering a country style home from home for those looking for a rural retreat.

The original farmyard has been transformed into a secluded courtyard, with one of the barns lovingly restored and converted into four luxurious cottages. 

The names. King Aelfred, John O’Gaunt, Elizabeth Ryprose and Princess Aelflaed (Elfleda), reflect the very special local character of the cottages and the beautiful and historic area in which they are set. 

The cottages have beamed ceilings, stone, oak and terracotta floors, and are tastefully furnished in simple, comfortable country style, including original works of art.

The Cottages are intended primarily for use by adults wishing to relax and unwind.  Children and pets may be accommodated by prior arrangement only.
