Tariff

Daily Rates

The following charges are per cottage per night; each cottage sleeps two people:

¨ John O’Gaunt

¨ Elizabeth Ryprose

¨ Princess Aelflaed (Elfleda)

 

20% discount for stays of four nights during the week (excluding Friday and Saturday).

20% discount for stays of seven or more nights.

 

The daily rate includes electricity, fuel and water charges; all other items are additional.

These charges are exclusive of VAT and local taxes, which will be applied at the applicable rate.

Deposit

A deposit of one night’s stay per cottage or 20% of the total booking value (whichever is greater) is payable when the booking is made.
